Announcing: The Barista Friend Podcast
Imagine standing in line at your favorite cafe, eavesdropping on the barista’s conversation with the customer in front of you. Turns out, that customer just so happens to be creative and interesting and maybe even low-key famous, and the barista is a pretty good interviewer, too, thanks to an undergraduate degree in communication arts (that she is FINALLY using!!!). Welcome to the Barista Friend Podcast!

🏋️♀️ FEMINIST COFFEE. The fine females behind Sightseer Coffee opened a micro-cafe inside Sugar Mama’s Bakeshop on S 1st. All of their beans are produced and roasted by women. Besides having some of the best coffee in town, Sara and Kim are a couple of goofy, mission-driven ladies that I love very much!!! Go check out their space and order the Teaches of Peaches, a peach-mint sparkling cold brew I helped create. Open Tues-Sun, 7a-2p.
🐴 TATTOO/BARBER/COFFEE. The next big coffee crossover concept is officially open and about to take over the world, y’all! Visit my friends at Dark Horse TCB on E Cesar Chavez for a flash tatt, fresh cut, and 24oz cold brew under one roof. Tony, Sara, and a passionate team of artists are aligned and ready to host unique events, create community, and serve delicious specialty coffee from Cuvee and a rotating cast of national roasters. Proud to say I trained these baristas 🙂 Open every day, 24 hours.
